Note: Plantains look similar to bananas
but must be cooked
Ingredients:
1 egg
-salt to taste
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 large green plantains
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 onion and stick of celery
-(minced)
Directions:
First cook the plantains and crush them while they are still hot. Add the other
ingredients and blend well.
Finally, place the plantains in a dish then bake in a moderate oven for about
25 minutes.
