2 lbs Mahi Mahi filets
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup lime juice(fresh)
2 onions, sliced into rings
1 lemon sliced thin
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp old bay seasoning
black pepper to taste
hot pepper to taste
Place filets in baking dish, season with rum, lime juice, spices, and
onions. Cover and refridgerate overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
farenheit, bake covered for approx 20-30 minuets. Dish is done when fish
flakes easily with a fork.
