Ingredients:
-celery
2 limes
-parsley
1 cucumber
-sweet Pepper
2 pounds of conch
1 medium Onion medium
-hot pepper and
-salt to taste
Directions:
First use the salt with the lime
to clean away the slime from the
conch.
In order to make the conch tender
pound very well. Next boil conch
until tender.
Prepare the pickle using cucumber
including the onion and the other
seasoning. Cool the conch and cut
into small pieces.
Finally Stuff the conch pieces in
the pickle and serve with parsley
as a decoration.
