Ingredients:
1/4 cup of chopped seasoning
-(onion, chive, sweet pepper,
-parsley, thyme, garlic)
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of farine
1 cup of water
Directions:
First soak the farine with 1 cup of the water for about 5 minutes. melt
the margarine and the soaked farine along with the other ingredients.
Now cook for at least 3 minutes. use the Farine Stuffing for stuffing the
fish or other types of meat.
