1/2 Pound Chicken Breast — chopped
1 Medium Onion — chopped
1 Small Bell Pepper — chopped
3 Cloves Garlic — chopped
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley — chopped
4 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
1 Can Tomatoes — undrained
9 Ounces Frozen Lima Beans
1/2 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Flour
Directions
saute in nonstick spray, chicken, onion, bell pepper and garlic until chicken is done. Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup water and flour. heat to boiling. mix flour and water together and gradually stir into soup. reduce heat and simmer until it thickens.
