1 Medium Egg
1 Pound Ground Venison
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cans Tomatoes
1 Pound New Potatoes
2 Large Carrots — Sliced
1 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
Salt And Pepper — To Taste

Directions

combine everything down to the oil and shape into 2 inch meatballs. Heat oil and brown meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to pan, allow to simme for 5 minutes. place meatballs in sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.

Serves 4
