2 Pounds Meat — Any Kind
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
8 Cups Chicken Or Beef Stock
8 Medium Potatoes — Cubed
2 Large Red Chiles — Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic — Chopped
2 Tablespoons Coriander
1 Cup Water
Directions
Brown meat in oil. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add chiles, garlic, coriander and water to a blender. Puree, add to the stew. Add potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
