8 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Medium Bay Leaf
1 Medium Jalapeno — Chopped
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Savory
1 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
1 Large Onion — Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic — Chopped
Salt And Pepper — To Taste
1 Can Tomatoes — Chopped
1 Medium Carrot — Chopped
1 Stalk Celery — Chopped
2 Large Potatoes — Chopped
4 Ounces French-Style Green Beans
3 Teaspoons Hot Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Honey
Parsley — For Garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients except parsley. Bring to boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove bay leaf, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
