Ingedients:
1 onion
1 tomato
1/4 cup of oil
1 small cucumber
1/4 cup of water
1 large breadfruit
1 teaspoon of butter
1 pound of salt fish
Method:
BREADFRUIT: First roast the Breadfruit.
Slice when cooled.
SALTFISH: Boil the salt fish until it is not too salty.
Now clean and strip salt fish into small bits. Dice or chop the onion and tomato.
Next slice the cucumber. Add to the saltfish along with a little seasoning. In a
frying pan add the oil and heat until it is hot.
Finally, add the salt fish the remaining
ingredients and the butter and water let
it simmer. Serve warm.
