Ingredients:
1 onion
1 tomato
1/4 cup of oil
1 small cucumber
1/4 cup of water
1 large Breadfruit
1 pound of Saltfish
1 teaspoon of butter
Instructions For Preparation:
Place the Saltfish into a pot and boil until it is not too salty.
You must strip and clean the Saltfish into small bite size pieces.
The Onion and tomato can be chopped or diced.
Next add the Saltfish and a little bit of the seasoning along with some sliced
cucumbers.
Now heat the hot oil into a frying pan along with the other ingredients.
Finally, add the Saltfish including the water and butter let simmer. Serve warm.
Note: Roast Breadfruit must be cooled off before Slicing.
