1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Sticks Butter — Softened
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/4 Cups Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Pecans
Directions
preheat oven to 325; cream half sugar into butter; add salt and vanilla; add flour, oats and nuts, blend well; place dough by the tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet; shape into crescents; bake for 15 minutes; remove to wire rack and sift powdered sugar over the top.
