2 Cups Hot Water
2 3/4 Cups Bread Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Packages Yeast
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Dry Milk
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
Directions
Combine water, bread flour, sugar and yeast. Beat for 3 minutes. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Stir in wheat flour, oats, dry milk, butter, honey and salt. Mix well and stir in seeds. Knead for 8 minutes. Shape into a ball. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Punch the dough down and divide in half. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves and place into loaf pans. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove and let cool. Serve.
