4 Large Trout Fillet
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds — Crushed
1/4 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Cup Flour
Salt And Pepper — To Taste
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions
Mix seeds with cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper. Dust fish with this mixture. Saute fish in oil about 3 minutes per side or until browned. Serve.
