3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic — Chopped
5 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
4 Large Flounder Fillet
Salt And Pepper — To Taste
1 Lemon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Capers
2 Tablespoons Dill — Chopped
Directions
Saute garlic and bread crumbs in oil for 7 minutes or until browned. Set aside. Season fish with salt and pepper. Saute in butter for 4 minutes per side. Add lemon juice and capers. Saute for 1 minute, add parsley and saute for 30 seconds. Serve sprinkled with the bread crumbs.
