2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Cilantro — Chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
3/4 Cup Flour
Salt And Pepper — To Taste
2 Large Eggs — Beaten
4 Large Catfish Fillets
1 Lemon Lemon Juice

Directions

lightly oil baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use three bowls. In 1 bowl, combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, cilantro, oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and blend well. In second bowl, Season the flour with salt and pepper and pout aside. In third bowl, place the beaten eggs. Dip fish in flour, then egg, and then breadcrumb mixtures and coat completely. Arrange on pan. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over top of fillets and bake until the fish is just ppague and the crumbs are toasty brown, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately with lemon or lime wedges.
