Fish Baked In Ti Leaves Empty

4 Medium Fish Fillet — Any Kind
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Medium Onion — Chopped
1 Teaspoon Parsley — Chopped
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Pepper — To Taste
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
4 Slices Bacon
Ti Leaves, Corn Husks Or Foil

Directions

Rub fish with salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine onion, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and broth. Bread fish in this mixture. Wrap a slice of bacon around the fish, then wrap in leaves, corn husks or foil. Bake on oiled baking sheet at 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound of fish.
