Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups of milk
2-1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup of tannia (grated)( malanga, new cocoyam, tannia, tannier, yautía, macabo, taioba , dasheen)
1-1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
4 cups of sweet potatoe (grated)
1-1/2 cups of coconut (grated)
1-1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
4 cups of sweet potatoe (grated)
1-1/2 cups of coconut (grated)
METHOD:
First mix together thoroughly all of
the ingredients. Now pour the mixture
in a greased 9″ x 13″ tin or shallow
tin.Finally, bake at 350 F. degrees for at
least 1-1/2 hours. Before baking glaze
with sugar and water. Delicious. Enjoy!
