Ingredients:
-salt to taste
1/2 cup of flour
1 chopped small onion
1 cup of cleaned tri-tri
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 minced garlic clove garlic
1/4 cup milk or 1 egg beaten
METHOD:
First mix all the ingredients except for the flour. Bind with enough flour
to make a soft dropping consistency. Check taste.
Next Fry by dropping spoonfuls in hot shallow fat till brown on both sides.
Drain.
Finally, serve the Tri-tri cakes warm or hot along with a starchy dish such
as roasted breadfruit or a small size cake is an excellent cocktail item as
well as bakes for breakfast.
