2 Cups Maruzzelle — cooked
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
1 Medium Onion — chopped
1 Tablespoon Chives — chopped
1 Tablespoon Parsley — chopped
2 Stalks Celery — chopped
12 Large Stuffed Green Olives — chopped
Salt And Pepper — to taste
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Pimientos
Directions
Mix pasta with lemon juice and oil, chill 2 hours.
Add remaining ingredients just before serving and stir well.
