3 Quarts Chicken Stock
1 Bottle Beer
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
18 Ears Corn — In 3 Inch Pieces
1 Head Celery — Chopped
1 Medium Onion — Chopped
7 Pounds New Potatoes — Quartered
2 Pounds Smoked Sausage — Sliced
2 Pounds Shrimp — Shelled
Directions
Bring stock and beer to a boil. Add pepper and old bay seasoning. Mix well. Add corn, celery, onions and potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add sausage and shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
